Our products are handmade and fall under personal care items, so for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority. We will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:
You receive the wrong product.
The product is damaged or broken upon delivery (with photo proof).
You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
We cannot offer a return/refund if:
The product has already been used.
You contact us after 24 hours of delivery.
The return is based on personal preferences (e.g., fragrance didn’t suit, color looks different, etc.).
1. You can request for a return within 5 days of delivery.
2. Once return is approved, you can request for refund as well.
3. Once the refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.
4. If you have requested for exchange or replacement, the replaced product will be delivered to the mentioned address within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should raise a request via email to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
